Shopping with eGears.co.uk is absolutely safe - you never have to worry about credit card safety when you are shopping with us. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.
RETURN POLICY
If any product(s) sold directly by EGears.co.uk, is found to be faulty or wrongly described upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days and we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please ensure that product is received in original and unopened condition for a full refund. You have the right to cancel an order with us in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
If the unused goods in their original packaging and with their accessories are returned to us within 7 days of being notified of the return then; subject to an inspection a replacement or refund will be given. eGears keeps a copy of each item's serial # on file which will be matched to the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable on any order.
If the item has been opened or used, a restocking fee of a minimum of 20% will be applied once received in our warehouse. An additional fee will apply, if the return is missing parts. Amount will be determined upon inspection, based on the retail market value of the missing part(s).
Once the product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage, a full refund can be processed by EGears.co.uk. We shall endeavour to supply refunds as promptly as possible, yet cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from unexpected demand influxes. The Shipment Cost of any and all returns remains solely the purchaser's responsibility. All returns must be sent via traceable delivery courier. Once an RMA is requested and issued, please return the item to the address provided with the RMA #, making sure that the RMA number is clearly visible. No returns are accepted without the RMA # being clearly visible on the package.
Restrictions
Typically, manufacturer's standard warranty does not cover damages caused through accidents, misuse, lack of care, the attachment or installation of any components that were not provided with the product, loss of parts, connecting the product to a power supply, input signal voltage or connector type other than specified, or wrongly polarized batteries. In particular, no responsibility is granted for special, incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty becomes void if servicing or repairs of the product are performed by any party other than an authorized manufacturer service centres or if the product has been opened in a manner other than specified in this manual. No other warranty, written or verbal, is authorized by EGears. Except as otherwise stated in this warranty, EGears makes no representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied in law or in fact, including, without limitation, merchandising or fitting for any particular purpose and assumes no liability, either in tort, strict liability, contract or warranty for products.
Repair
In case of malfunction, take - or ship prepaid - your EGears product to the authorized manufacturer service centre. Transit damages are not covered by this warranty.
