Do you have local representatives and are items posted locally?
eGears has a worldwide network of representatives and distributors; primarily in the UK and USA.
If an item cannot be despatched from a local warehouse within the UK, the item may be despatched by our nearest available warehouse with stock inventory.
 
Most of our items are despatched from local warehouses. We do supply our merchandise from our US warehouse if there is no supply in the UK. If a different plug or voltage converter is required, that will be supplied to you with the shipment free of charge.
 
We do not provide VAT invoices for parcels originating from our US warehouse. We are not responsible for VAT/customs charges for packages dispatched anywhere outside of the UK or Ireland, regardless of the product's origination. VAT charges not appearing in your checkout invoice are not included with your purchase.

How fast will my order be processed?
Normally we ship all orders within 2-4 working days after your payment is cleared. Occasionally, dispatch could be delayed up to one week if additional credit card verification is necessary. In this case, we will notify you of such a delay via email.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on TRACK ORDER link and sign-up to your account. Then click on either VIEW MY ORDERS or CHECK MY ORDER STATUS links. You can choose to either cancel a particular order by clicking on the CANCEL ORDER link (if it is available), or you can view the details of a particular order by clicking on the VIEW DETAILS link. If the order has been despatched you can also obtain the tracking information.

What if I forgot my password?
If you have already registered and do not remember your password, we can send it to you. Please go to the My Account section of the website and click Forgot Password.

Which credit cards are accepted?
We accepts credit cards from MasterCard and VISA.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
You credit card details are acquired from our payment system on a secure web page only and are neither processed nor stored from the eGears web shop. Our payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.

Can I cancel an order?
- If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. Go to the MY ACCOUNT. Then click on either VIEW MY ORDERS or CHECK MY ORDER STATUS links. There you are able to cancel an order online.

How can I return a product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products please read our return policy.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after EGears receives your order. If you do not receive this message within one hour of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us using
our contact form.

How does the online ordering work?
As you navigate through our site, you can click on different items that interest you with or without the intention of buying them. Once you have everything in your shopping cart, go through the items picked and either adjust quantities or delete unwanted items. Click on RECALCULATE and you should be ready to check out.

After clicking to the CHECKOUT button you will be asked to provide Billing and Shipping information, confirm your entire order, choose your preferred method of payment and then submit your order.

Shortly after completing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. This will list the quantity of each item ordered, total purchase amount and address where the order will be despatched. If there are any mistakes in this confirmation please email us right away using our
contact form
. We will correct this information before the order is despatched.
